how or why any ordinary shareholder, taxpayer, employee, citizen or client should have any faith left in our "Board of Directors" corporate governance system. All of the stakeholders are being short-changed by a few at the top of most public companies. We all know it and have known it for years.

Now THIS maybe can help us focus, since Enron, Worldcom and the $240 million paid to Home Depot's CEO (for quitting) didn't get our timely attention.
