As an Asian American, I can say that pulling back your eyelids to make a "goofy face" really is just a socially-acceptable excuse to make fun of how some Asians have narrower eyelids. Would it be equally funny if I put on blackface and painted on wide eyes and lips? How about wearing a white hood, hitting on my first cousin and putting on a drawling southern accent? (Miley Cyrus is really a great role model for Disney's "loose" commercialization, putting it mildly) Or, having a greasy face, wearing a big sombrero, and wearing tight spandex clothes over a big belly? Any of these stereotypes make for equally great comedy! What....no takers? Come on White, Black and Brown Americans....wake up and look in the mirror...you ARE the biggest jokers around!

No one says you have to like the picture. But isnt suing Miley Cyrus for 4 billion dollars at least a little ridiculous to you? I'm just sick and tired of the politically correct insanity. Lucien J. Kim, the woman who was suing Miley Cyrus for 4 billion dollars over a picture, has got to be one of the biggest idiots that I've ever heard of. Even the ridiculous cases on "Boston Legal" seem reasonable compared to this case. Civil rights damages? Really? My question is how freakin' stupid can politically correct leftists get. Lucie, you make people laugh, except it's AT you instead of WITH you. This is a case example of how the politically correct left acts in the name of "civil rights" and uses the past history of racism to impose its un-American agenda. If anyone's civil rights is being violated here, I'd say it's Miley's civil rights. Because she was threatened to be sued because she dared to use her free expression rights. I don't understand why Miley would purposely make that gesture, considering she has asian fans. She has apologized and we should let it go. I think she should pay attention to minorities or hang out with them, maybe she will start to understand.

You have no right to sue Miley for that much money, $4 billion just because she made a funny face!!! No, im not asian or african american, im white, but still my opinion should count, Miley is a 17 year old girl now and you people are trying to squeeze money out of her just of a "goofy face"!!! It's insane... therefore you need to give the young adult a break and not torture her for every so called "mistake" she makes!!! As a quote from a song title the young star sang as Hannah Montana I would like to bring up the song "Nobody's Perfect"!!! that's right no one is PERFECTO everybody makes mistakes, she is a someone so she will make mistakes can you people not get that in your head???!!!
