It's total B.S. -- HE should kill that account and start another.

Text someone who tweets/retweets it, fck 'em.

The First Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791. The Amendment states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Nowhere did I see slander, libel, treason, profanity. pornography or obscenity. None of the aforementioned being protected unequivocally by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Is there some kind of wording in his contract with the Dallas Mavericks that specifically prohibits comments such as these? Or is it more a matter of bad form?

Just curious.

This is the most absurd thing i have ever heard. What's next mumbling fines? As long as he wasn't standing in the middle of the court yelling objections or profanity what business is it of the NBA to read someone's tweets and then place a personal fine or a comment or observation.I would be curious as to who it was that had the time or the creativity to read and report something so seemingly personal, and then follow up enough to actually apply a fine to a tweet from a twitter ?If i wasn't laughing at how dumb this was i would be worried and asking is this the equal to big brother watching over everything?

How about diverting some of that energy and money towards a real project. http://flagsacrossamerica.com a worthwhile project.
