Debt settlement our company pays your debts!!

Yes folks this is for real. Our company will pay your unsecured debts & you pay our company the reduced amount. You are looking at around 50cents on the dollar at worst. This is how it works, your debts are paid off in months not years (around 6 months) at that time your credit report will read "paid" making the impact on your credit much less negative than traditional debt settlement companies. Your creditor is COMPLETELY PAID OFF. We have investors that provide the funds to secure your settlement. This is new & the better way to do things finally a company that gets it!!. Call me direct @ 714-348-6169. Or 800-380-0184 ex 722. Gabriel

Credit Bureaus are completely unregulated and their inquiries of your negative history involves electronically asking the negative creditor via email. This is a situation where you are wrong until proven right. Thank goodness there are not debtor prisons or they would be full of individuals wrongly reported. I have found the best way to correct errors is to file a Police report, an affidavit that it is wrong, fraud, or not your debt. This, in turn, must be sent to the credit reporting agencies with proper identification, and then, if you are fortunate it will be removed. Of course you never find out about these problems until you need credit. There are collection agencies, ect that must be dealt with and I always ask for documentation of the debt, when incurred, and copies of their paperwork. Usually, they do not have it; but at times they can be just plain ignorant. My problems resulted from an ex wife and rogue son who could 'discredit' me. Good Luck! You are really powerless unless you are very proactive with your credit and monitor it constantly. Of course, there are special credit agency offices that handle the very priviliged as discussed by a prior contributer.

When will Americans learn? The government (credit bureaus), will only allow Americans they wish to succeed do so! They keep you down with their bureaucratic ways of control! Look around. Do you see any of the so called "politicians" hurting from the "state of the union"? They not only run this country, but in doing so, RUN YOUR LIFE!!! Until we oust ALL the political corruption, and I do mean ALL OF IT, by literally getting rid of ALL the politicians, we will ALL be at the mercy of the greedy, undeserving, self-appointed, unelected, rich of the rich! It doesn't matter how much YOU make, because, it will never compare to those who control you. STOP...STOP...STOP USING CREDIT!!! Who do you think controls whether or not you can live decently as a human being?!?!? Do it now and stop the insanity! Stop for the children if nothing else! How much worse can it get? Plenty!!! And, your kids will pay for "THE MISTAKES MADE BY ALL OF US"!!! Do away with government!!! As I have said before, a famous quote has been forgotten!!! Do you know it??? "WHEN THE GOVERNMENT FEARS THE PEOPLE, YOU HAVE LIBERTY, BUT, WHEN THE PEOPLE FEAR THE GOVERNMENT, YOU HAVE TYRANNY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNITE FOR FREEDOM NOW!!!

When credit card companies can lower your limits or raise your interest rate even though you have done nothing to cause the change, this will result in a change in my score. It has happened to me. Therefore, I ultimately have no control. It is also stated that the total score calculation is not revealed to consumers; then this is a game of which someone else has control. And yet it affects my lifestyle. I am changing my lifestyle, and learning to live on cash. If I don't have the cash then I can't buy it. Pay cash and to heck with this 'credit score' crap. I am learning to pay cash, and not borrowing. I want to be in control, not some corporation. If Americans would return to cash, perhaps there would not be foreclosures galore. We would not have so many toys and extravagant living styles that we really do not deserve, and basically have not earned. Live on what you can afford! Lower your lifestyle, probably have for a happier life!
