Your article just prior to this one stated not to join a gym, uhmmm now this article says to get a gym membership. I'm so confused!!

And you fly (for free) on some huge jet where they probably are making you crepes and chicken, with bon-bons and forties of OE-800. Then you land at some five star hotel, probably having dragged your private chef to whip up some chitterlings and ribs. Now, you lounge about on your already protruding rear, gargling sangria and polishing things off with some kind of melon for desert. Yep, spending money like that would certainly make you fat(ter).

Hmmm...and I live on a cul-de-sac!! Yikes!!!!

At least I am getting my bike out regularly and riding it (and using it to commute to work). That keeps me at least from going to the gas station a bit less often! And truthfully - the biking is great for me both physically and mentally.
