Great ideas for boosting metabolism. Eating less and exercising more just makes the body go into starvation mode and causes you to feel tired. Boosting you metabolism combined with sensible eating and moderate exercise will achieve much more benefit

I agree about NOT taking dumbbells along on walks. It can definitely stress the joints.

Wearing a weight vest or ankle weights when walking is a great idea for a workout, but taking dumbbells along is NOT a good idea. Swinging the dumbbells while you walk creates stress on your joints and can cause long-term damage to your joints. The velocity of the weight while you swing your arms while walking can really damage your body. Please remove that inappropriate advice from the article. Thanks!
