Those who want repealment of "Obamacare" must have no experience watching a family member/friend die or suffer because of lack of resources.I have seen so many families who have and will benefit from this bill.The cruelty of the "Right" knows no boundries...particularly the "Christian Right" who want to see mankind suffer and die to save their ounce of gold.

Repeal "Obamacare".I pray your family never needs help.I have seen the outcome of families who do.

This seems a lot like the indigination of the homeowner who's home burned while fireman watched. Homeowner: I just forgot (did not) pay the volunteer fire company fee for coverage, but will pay now if you will just put it out. "I don't want or need medical coverage because (enter reason) or Jim of MI above." I have reached Medicare age so insurance is not an issue but for over 40 years I could not take a job that did not provided medical benefits, thus severly limiting my occupational choices. (Insurance companies would refuse to cover me or ask a fee that was impossible to afford.) I worked for 8 different companies and was laid off by at least 4 due to "business conditions" (12yrs,1yr,5yrs,5yrs), my medical condition is/was high blood pressure and and a bleeding ulcer at age 23 caused by a product now removed from the market. P.S. I still have a copy of my ulcer hospital bill in 1967, 10 days $520.00 including intensive care, all supplies, meds and all testing before insurance discounts. As I said, I am now on Medicare as are 90 percent of my friends and none of them would be able to acquire coverage outside of Medicare. Suprisingly, many of my friends feel like Jim of MI above but none have turned down any optional features like drug coverage for which they do have to pay additional. They complain why they have to pay $5 or $10 more than someone else when their incomes are presently over $100,000.00, all own their suburban homes, have new/er cars and discuss which cruise to take next. We do have some heated arguements each and every time we get together (twice a month for dinner and pinochle).

Hmmm. I don't see "Congress shall have the power to force a citizen to buy health insurance only from a provider specified by Congress" or "Congress shall have the power to interfere in the relationship between a citizen and the citizen's Physician of choice" in the following list. Maybe Dear Leader made a mistake.

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;

To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;

To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;

To provide and maintain a Navy;

To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

What about the Death Panels for the aged citizens? This program is so good you or your employer will be penalized if you want out. Whatever good this has, I am among those who is against it. Yes I have health care coverage now. This program will take it away too. And the cost, how can this nonsense be justified? Big government, astronomical waste, the usual failures, Post office, Social Security, Fannie May, Freddie Mac, Veterans Hospitals and now Heath Care? What happened to this one and only country that we have?

There is, however, no provision for magically increasing the number of primary care physicians to care for all the people that will be covered, especially considering that they will be paid less than they already are.

No provision, also, for paying for new and increased premiums so the 25 year olds will have coverage under their parents' plans, and all the other utopian perks.

They threw the baby out with the bathwater, folks, instead of just applying some suds to the soiled parts.
