I am a strong believer in reducing waste even totally eliminating it. But the statement that "clothes they bought but only wore once or twice" are not the kinds of people that are concerned about saving. Only the rich do that, not the ordinary folks.
You must know what kind of folks you are targeting with this and other articles. You are mixing the rich and poor in one article without differentiating between the two.
The poor cannot follow "clothes they bought but only wore once or twice". It's not in their genes, period.
