Reporter of this column failed to mention the fees on this card every time it is used. Had one got tired of paying 20-30 dollars a month in fees.

This seems like such a scam. The fees are ridiculous. I like the Kardashians and all but they shouldn't be using their name to take advantage of the pockets of the barely-legal.
