Should I rent my home furnished or unfurnished? If the latter, what do I do with the old furniture. The going rate in my neighborhood is around $2,500.00 How much do I charge each person if I rent to students?

Despite my Visa Signature card having a "limit" of $20,000 (which is stated on my bills) - the card is actually a "no present spending limit" NPSL account. Therefore there is no credit limit reported to the credit agencies. My latest credit report specifically stated this has lowered my credit score because it appears I have less credit than I really do (20K less credit!!), which directly impacts the important debt:credit ratio (used in calculating your credit score).
