You got the first sentence of the last paragraph wrong. It should read, "Most people whose income is low enough to qualify for the 50 percent rate would not be accessing this site and reading this." :o)

You got the first sentence of the last paragraph wrong. It should read, "Most people whose income is low enough to qualify for the 50 percent rate would not be accessing Bloomberg.com and reading this." :o)
