I am retired Navy, for the second straight year received

no cost of living increase, not a problem, if it helps, however,

for the second straight year, my withholding went up, reducing my retirement check once again..no tax break there.

My pay be for taxes is 525.60 Befor the new tax code I took home 398.68. now I take home 394.49. Fed W/H went from 32.47 to 42.73. ins. went from 42.50 to 46.50 . FICA went to 20.12 from 29.95. In all I lost 4.19 . How is this helping me, The majority of working people are in this same boat. Some one lied, about not raising the Fed Tax !!!!!!!!!!!!
