Wow Beverly, that's ugly. I think you need a lawyer, maybe a divorce, or at least show him what you wrote here. Also, I'm quite sure it is illegal even to fake your electronic signature without your consent. Good luck. M

My husband steals my share of OUR tax return!!
He uses H &R software and files our JOINT RETURN into HIS INDIVIDUAL bank account. We have fought over this several years. I can't believe this is LEGAL !
I don't even have to sign the return..he must assigned me an electronic signature. ?? HELP HOW can I avoid him continuing to steal my share of refund almost $5000.00 EACH YEAR. wE HAVE JOINT MORTGAGE INTEREST HE DEDUCTS AND ITS NOT FAIR, AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL !! HELP ME
