I can't find any EPA document that says "According to the EPA, a traditional gas-powered mower emits more pollution than 43 new cars, each being driven 12,000 miles." Can you point me to the source, please?

I just got the Fiskars Momentum mower, and it's incredible. No contact blades means no sharpening, versacut design and tracking wheels means 40% easier to push. No sales pitch, just saying that you can save a lot of money and gas but not kill yourself with the reel mowers grandpa used to have.
