The 3 Best Gas Cards You Rarely Hear About

BP is DEFINATELY NOT the card to get. that is wy I am on this site to get a new card for our business. Chase only gives you 15 days to pay the bill and it takes at least 6 or more days for a check to get mailed to them, or at least processed by them. Then if the payment is late, they charge a huge late fee and also interest on the balance.

STAY AWAY FROM BP!!!

BP Visa Card WAS awesome. Benefits were unlimited and then were reduced in 2011 to 5% on the first $500 a month you spent and then 2% thereafter which was not too bad either. Now I got a notice that starting March 2012, they will be changing again. You spend $100 on gas and the you get a "coupon" to get a one time discount on your next fill up to so many gallons. I estimate this will reduce the benefit to less that 2%. Too bad, it was good while it lasted. Starting to look for another card.

Thanks for the heads up Stacy! Unfortunately Chase is still advertising the BP card as having no rewards cap:

In the fine print under #4 they still say: "There is no maximum number of rebates that you can accumulate in the program."

There is a cap on the rewards, $25.00 cap per month on fuel purchase with the BP Credit Card....
