Yes this is very correct time to invest money in Real Estate as we know the growth rate is very high in real estate industry.

Not an entirely horrible article. But the statement "it will be worth more in 10 years" is naieve. I t might very well not be. There are plenty of homes right now that are not worth as much as they were 10 years ago.
