DO NOT USE GIFT CARD RESCUE!!!!!! You WILL not receive your money and they will hold your gift card for weeks!!! There are plenty of other reviews with the same experience!

Nice Post, DR. It clairly tells us what to do with our unwanted or ready-to-expire gift cards: obtain cash from the sites listed. To be complete, I would like to add one last way (the sixth) to sell our unwanted gift cards: https://www.executivegiftcard.com

Hey Christ, sorry to hear about your lost. If you still have cards details, you can still redeem the card. I used ExecutiveGiftCard.com and they just verified the card electronically. I provided them with cards informations and the link to verify the card on the website online. In this case it was a vanilla gift card so i provided them with the Vanilla link to check the card value. Within one business day, they send me tracking number for the check. you may want to try that out.

Beware if you Gift Card Rescue. It is stated in their terms of service but not when the offer is made that they *may* require receipts to verify the authenticity of your gift card. Clearly, if the gift card was a gift then you are unlikely to have a receipt for it. You will have to pay to SEND your gift card to this company, and you will have to pay twice to RECEIVE it back if they decline it via the self-addressed stamped envelope they require you to send in if you wish to have your card returned to you. You have 60 days from the time they receive your card to do this, or they discard it. Beware of this company. It is an absurd business practice to know you'll need a receipt for a high-value card and not disclose this with your customers when offering to buy their card for a large amount of money. How many folks out there really have receipts for the gift cards they get as gifts? We lost a $500 gift card to this company in this way. During the process of wanting to know why they didn't inform me upfront about the receipt requirement knowing full-well the value of the card and even the card number before I ever put it in the mail, and trying to get them to send the card back to me at their expense, my wife had to emergency-deliver our child early. I lost track of time and the 60 days passed, and now they've destroyed my card. Consumer beware. This company also has an F rating with the BBB. Wish I'd seen that before entering into a transaction with them.

I think thats is bs! I have always called the cards 2 make sure the money was in there, cuz I have payed an got cards from and 4 people that I guess the person doing it didnt kniw what they where doing an when I would gi 2 use it it didnt work. So I would have 2 go thought a lot of trouble 2 get it fixed. So now right when I get one even b4 I walk out the store I always call 2 make sure its on there an so does everyone else I know. Just cuz it has happen so many times. But now u can take them 2 anywhere 2 get cash 4 them even when thay havent been used just cuz u made sure the money when on an thats not right. Y do I have 2 pay cuz someone cant do their job right?

I use CouponTrade.com all the time. Reliable, fast, and you sell your gift cards to other users. For all you Ebayer's try CouponTrade. I sold all of my cards between 85-100% of value.
