I rarely participate in these comments, but I really have to share my story with 1 company which has tremendously helped me. You can also have a home phone without a bill. All you need is a magic jack. It works with your internet and you do not have to "be online" for the phone to function. The only cost is the initial purchase of the device which goes for $69.
