Did John Hagee's Church in Texas really invest a Million Dollars with Oswald Pelaez's "OZSGOLD.COM?"

Can OZSGOLD really guarantee those kind of funds from a single investor? That must be one huge gold venture company don't you think? I know that's one hell of a huge investment. Maybe I should look into investing my IRA with them.
