I'm in a situation that a friend is out of the country and now he needs money, he ask me if I can take money out of my credit card so he can transfer money from his stock market to my credit card.

Is there any way that he can do this without using my credit card? I don't want to use it but he needs the money ASAP..I Need help on this matter.

It always seems like such obvious info after you have learned a lesson about credit. But, soooo many people get into trouble before they ever read articles like this. I agree with not closing credit cards completely, I foolishly did that after I paid them off a few years ago with 3 cards and it did hurt my credit score.

Having ran $25,000 through our cards annually without incurring any fees or interest charges gave us a FICO of 815 + but discovered would have been higher if had left a small balance ( even $.50 cents!! ) so it shows a revolving balance on your scores
