Is there a "Do Not Mail" list for junk mail, similar to the "Do Not Call" list the government put in place awhile ago?
Seems like that would help.

Of course you know that junk mail is a major source of funding for the US Post Office, so following this strategy undermines the Post Office's ability to operate. This points out yet another foolish government system that we are subject to.
