When Will My Tax Refund Arrive?

I filed my taxes online. After it was all said and done, it said that my check would be mailed in 3-4 weeks. It's been way longer than that now. It should have already been here. I can't figure out what's wrong. It's really getting on my nerves. I have tried to figure something out, but can't!! What do I do?

I rarely participate in these comments, but I really have to share my story with 1 company which has tremendously helped me. I just turned 74, many obstacles have come in the way of my retirement including a divorce a few years ago which really hurt me financially, to be honest I had this feeling that my savings and SS income were not going to be enough. I filed my tax return in february and i have not received anything and as many others every time i call i am not able to speak to a live person ...i dont know what to do

HELP!!!! I filed electronically on 2-12-2012....yet none of the 1-800-numbers provide me with my status info. I have a list of 1-800-numbers.....no answers! Someone has to have the name and number of a real-live-human-being with answers. This is a simple cut and dry individual account. Thank you to ANYONE who can provide help!!! Even if I had mailed my return, I should have it by now!
