I don't feel that if I check my credit score it should hurt; I looked at mine on credit karma, and there are things on there site that are wrong; it states I still owe money for two credit cards when both bills are paid off in full and do not have any outstanding credit cards; So credit checks should be slapped on the wrist for not doing there job rigt; its bull; when I was married we filled bankrupcy because my ex-wife; liked to spend and didn't care abot anything else; well the 7year mark is up this year I will see if my credit goes back up; it also states I own the home; which is false; it was ordered that the ex-wife purchase it or put it up for sale; she purchased; why not it is a mansion and I designed it. So I just don't believe that credit scores are all that cracked up to be.

Then, if you happen to not be able to pay them back their phony money on time... they punish you (and by proxy, your family).

I think they used to call this scam Racketeering...
