This article is certainly a good start, however, one basic ingredient in making a 401K very appealing to the young, up-and-coming crowd is the allure of company-matching. The 5-ingredient highlighted in this article would certainly apply more to an IRA rather than a 401K because in my opinion the only real reason anyone would invest in a 401K is the free money from the company.
