I would suggest those who disuss this subject should talk to Susan Bradley of "Sudden Money" http://www.suddenmoney.com/Public/Home/index.cfmor one of her many affiliated advisors. They have really thought out the psychology of sudden wealth and how to deal with the emotional and psycholgical aspects of making financial decisions.

Good grief, Chris, you must be the most gullible person walking around. McCain said he "wants everybody to get rich" (as though that is possible) and you sucked it in right through the straw.

Whoever you are, McCain didn't dodge the question. Before giving his number, McCain said he doesn't want to take from the rich and wants everyone to be rich. Class warfare only benefits the politicians who seek to use it to get votes. Personally, I wish that neither Obama or McCain answered this stupid question, or gave such an outlandish number so that every American would qualify as middle-class or poor.

But if we're playing this game, it looks like the survey folks agree with McCain. See, even the rich don't want to see themselves as rich. If someone else is making more money, then obviously that person is richer.

Depends on who is asking and who is being measured. Donald Trump knows $5,000,000 is chump change in his orbit.

Homeless people know that $5.00 a day would keep them fed with enough calories to maintain body temperature.

As for McCain, he "dodged" the answer. Same on admitting his number of houses. The "straight talk" was not straight. That's the problem. He plans on telling you anything or nothing and winning anyway with the twinkle star the ad boys put over his name as though he was a logo.

Every time you see the star, get mad. It's the liar emblem.
