The problem with blogging to attract employers is that if you say anything truthful, they probably won't want you. They didn't want to believe what you said. Or caught you in a flip-flop. Or thought you too opinionated and "independent". Or thought you a threat to security of proprietary infornation. Or thought you a threat to the boss's hierarchy.

If you want to "exist", be authentic. It's always been that way.
