can you let the person go if they take too many days off.you warn the person so many times and they have sign the papers. the person is rude to the cutomer and you get the complain on and off. Please give me some feed back.

Suzanne is giving good CYA advice on how to do this if it's your misfortune to have to do it.

Some of us remember a time, though, when we hadn't all signed never-ending "agreements" to being terminated for "any reason or no reason" on a cop-out of "position elimination", and when advance notice was often considered a moral obligation, even by corporations that are paper entities lacking "morals". It was a time before Dilbert, and before Ronald Reagan.
