Hi all. Turbulence is life force. It is opportunity. Let's love turbulence and use it for change.

I am from Guinea-Bissau and too poorly know English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Top discount airline tickets cheap flights, airfares and worldwide online airline reservations."

Thanks for the help :), Studs.

Number 6 may be the most important. Many a manager says he delegates but undercuts the effort in front of others by "retaining" the reins of power and influence on what supposedly was given to a subordinate to manage.

The first half of number eight may be a trap for both you and the employee. You may not know what you need or how something important will unfold. Too much of what you "don't want" and you merely frighten the delegee and probably stifle the whole deal.
