Customers have needs it's a matter of finding the need(s) and if you can resolve those needs.

But as to selling ... show them the link abd sell them the chain!

Brilliantly said! It's all about the customer (not you) and the best way to find out if they need what you have (sell to them) is to ask. And listen carefully to the answer!
