I am on the payroll for my husbands business and my son makes desicions that my husband as 100% principal owner should be making. The two of them decided to cut my pay twice in the past 4 mos and both times I was not told this would be happening. Is ths legal to do in NJ?

Also, I may find myself in the unemploymnet line and wondering if I would be eleigable if laid off, from the family business. I am an employee only?

Thank you,

Pat
