College graduate + good grades + summer internships = no job

WTF, who wouldn't be frustrated with that equation. I believe that if recent college graduates weren't sold the job formula then some of the anxiety would be alievated.

I think that in addition to your good advice, most people need somewhere safe that they can vent their frustration -- get it out and done with -- so that they can return to their search with a positive outlook. A job search IS tough, and few people are ready for the emotional work that is required above and beyond the actual work.
