Do Women Have a Competitive Advantage Over Men?

The reason why men get paid more than women is because women could get pregnant and the company would have to pay while the employee has the baby. The company would have to get someone to work that time in which the employee would be absent. If it involves physical work in most cases men do a better job. I know this is wrong but in the real world business will do whats best for them even if its not fair. Neither men or women are better at a certain thing. You cannot say women are better than men that is stereotyping just saying. Fact is we need both men and women to have a better workforce that way the advantages of each other would help out if someone is not good at a certain task.
