We are witnessing change. We have been witnessing it for 30 years, AND it is accelerating.
The CHANGE is employees have less and less control of their work lives if they work for a large organization that they don't own. It starts with signing an "acknowledgement" in an application and handbook receipt that you agree to be fired at any time for ANY reason or NO reason.
It continues with a trend away from pensions and health care affordability. AND, it's not over for most people.
