This Year, Focus on Others and Help Yourself

why gravity is a "law", but it seems to work with regularity. So also does the "law" of giving and receiving. But, although gravity is instant, the return from giving (or being kind or thoughtful of others) is not. May be short interval---may be long interval. But it works, and there is nothing wrong with "investing" yourself this way---expecting the return. Your kindnesses are not negated just because you believe in power of The Golden Rule---or karma (if you like that word better).
