I live in South Africa and we now have a policy that only job candidates from previously disadvantaged groups get preference for job application. A sort of apartheid in reverse!!! So much for the new and free Rainbow Nation!!!
I never supported the previous apartheid system, but now because I am white I have to pay the price!! Years of experience counts for nothing because of skin colour!!!
