Which are the steps to follow in front of an audiences without making any mistakes and don't turn out to become a fool when you forget the most important ideas you had in mind to say, but your nerves betrayed you and all in a sudeen ohps you forgot what to say. your mind get in blank.

I belong to the Down on Third Toastmasters in Columbus, Ohio. We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 12:10 p.m.
Toastmasters helps develop public speaking, listening, leadership and many other skills.
Anyone is welcome to attend.
