Good point on having direction, Donna. Without that, we can spend immense amounts of energy taking action without actually getting anywhere we want to go.

I totally agree that effort = success. That and having a vision of where you are heading. Putting those two simple ideas together can give people a great head start to career success. We can't expect great returns for little effort and if our direction is not set we often end up wandering around going nowhere.
