These are great tips and I feel like I would be able to portray these characteristics and my enthusiam to a hiring manager if I were able to get an interview. I recently applied for a job online and there was a disclosure at the bottom that said "No Phone Calls Please". How can I push through the pack and get noticed if I am unable to express to the managers my eagerness for the job? Do you have any tips or insights?
