well i just had an interview with a company and the first interview went so well they set me up for a second interview on the spot, and i did not have any questions and they both still liked me, and i got a call back from the same company but in a different location with the manager. but now that i have an idea of what kind of questions i should ask, hopefully i'll get the job, because they said i fit the description they are looking for in an employee.

Great questions. It's easy to work these into the interview process.

I will comment after I utilize them. : )

I asked the question "what were the major strengths and weaknesses of the last person who held this job" and the interviewer said to me "I don't feel comfortable discussing her weaknesses" I felt like I should have never asked that!

I want to be able tohave my own business and say adios to bosses and companies that have no real insurance plans that are reasonable anymore. I want to help people with diseases and do it immediately with an Alpha Scientist and a company that has over 33,000 distributors as of today and climbing. This company has been in the business for about 3 years now and is growing with leaps and bounds. This is a ground floor opportunity in an MLM growing fast company. If interested write me at:
