You can ask this question at any level, you well seem interested, amd the most sour looking intervier will soften. "If there was one thing you could change about your current position with XYZ Company, What would it be?"
Be ready for some very candid remarks.

How about "If hired, what should I do in the short term/loong term, in order to succeed?", this will give you a road map to meet their expectations!

Number 10 is an excellent suggestion
The other key question that should be included Depending on the answer to point 10) in the wrap up is to ascertain the process going forward, and not accepting the usual, " we have several other people to talk with so we will let you know within X days

My specialty is in helping differently abled (disabled) individuals in all aspects of their lives per my BS in Rehabilitation Science.
This is an excellent guide and prompt for that interview. Landing and keeping a job is a very large part of mainstream life for everyone, especially those who have extra challenges granted to them.
