How to Stop Manipulating Your Employees

I answered an annonomous survey very honestly. Now I feel that I am a toxic, negative employee..yet Management does not understand that they are doing all the things that are in this email and all the things to chase off good employees. I need help in letting go but I have a sick desire to explain to them what they are doing. How can I either let this go or honestly provide feedback to management without being negative. Some tips or pointers would be helpful here or maybe you could write about this so we employees can move on knowing that we did everything we could to help the organization before going on to the next better career. Quite frankly it seems that the only way the company will improve is by getting rid of toxic managers but I have hope that even they can be turned around...
