Sage advice, Dave. The earlier in your career you start to build it in, the more natural it becomes and the more it has the potential to carry you to amazing places. It's never too late, but it's never too early, either.

A good friend of mine says, "You'll be the same person in five years as you are today with the exception of two things: the people you associate with and the books you read."
