Sound advice. I think I was guilty of #3 "oversold". When the HR geek asked if I had any questions about the job: I asked if they could match my current annual salary of 129K plus an extensive benefit package. The room went silent. I think this is when I accidentally cut the cheeze. I never got a call back, not even a letter - I think i "oversold" - cuz it really didn't smell that bad.
