When I would get into a royal rage at work, I knew that I couldn't (at all) say what I wanted. I can't even repeat those thoughts here. But what I did do was go into the bathroom, lock myself in a cubicle, and silently, very silently, say everything that I wanted. Once I spewed the venom, vile as it was, I felt a helluva lot better. And, best of all, no one was the wiser!

Thanks for these 5 tips, I'm definitely gonna try 'em.

BTW, we know that animals don't really 'smile'-but they do indeed show their teeth/fangs, especially as an alert to a potential enemy to bug off. Maybe our smile can also accomplish both
