Hello sir/madam,thanks for such sensitization on hcareer.Really, this is not a comment but i want to ask, i have applied for jobs on line Canada.com for over six months,i presented my resume.But sir, up till now am not chosen for all the jobs that i have applied for.Sir, what can i do further for my resume/cover letter to be consider?I am a sierra leonean thinking deeply of coming to Canada, i think this is one of the ways for my fare, i have tried, please sir tell me what to do further.

I have been a member since 2010 on loon lounge.

Great points Tim. Passion really does help sell an individual to a company. Most people think it's skills alone, but it always seems to me that the most passionate job seekers are the ones that get hired the quickest. If you show a genuine interest and passion for what you do, please will be drawn to you! Great article!
