Everywhere people try to be dearer and nearer to their Boss for getting good salary rise.This ability is not there with many persons, and they have to suffer a lot in getting promoted- or getting good salary rise.

in india things are not the same.the cost of living is on an uncontrolled rise while rise in salaries is meagre to compensate.your solutions may not work just plainly or eventually
