How are you supposed to find out the contact information (email/phone) of the hiring manager? I wanted to send the follow up to my application but don't know where to find this information! Please help!

I think follow up emails are great way to connect after a job interview and

also with business prospects. A personal email can really show high

interest and bridge a relationship with that person. I wrote article and

video about it also. for more info you can look at it here

This is very helpful information for following up after applying for a job. I currently have three jobs I applied for on line. One company I applied at many months ago, got a phone interview that didn't go so well. It's where I want to be so I applied for another position that I have a ton of experience in. How can I bounce back after that and hopefully get interviewed this time around? I am about to run out of unemployment, two checks left.

Really helpful advice Alison!

One more thing, the company might have an employee referral program. By reaching out to an insider, before you apply, you could well be creating a win/win situation where they receive a bonus for finding you and you get a job. See here for more info: http://j.mp/bzqlw6.
