"Follow Jesus or burn in hell for all eternity. Please stop following the evil patterns of this world, and walk on the narrow path of Jesus which leads you into Heaven. Who cares if you would lose all of your pleasures from this. Repent all that is wicked and follow Jesus, He will give you eternal life and riches. God Bless.

Your boss doesn't always accept the changes that you may see that need to be made to upgrade the way things are done. Changes must be made in increments that the business will accept. Also, if you out pace your boss in the information gathering area, then he will resent your knowledge and stop you from trying to use the knowledge that you have gathered to upgrade the systems that are already in place.

This is great advice for graduates and experienced workers. The challenge is for them to remember this as their career progresses. I knew this intuitively when I started out, but while I was intent on getting the job done and moving on to the next project, some of it fell to the wayside. It's important that they know it and remember it for use on an ongoing basis.

Bravo for another inspiring and incredibly important piece for graduates. Reminds us that walking out of the college doors doesn't mean that learning stops. Many students don't realize how much they will draw on their learning styles or how important mastery learning will become as they hone their job skill set once they are out in the workforce. Strong students also don't see themselves as "expert learners" versus "novice learners" once they've left college. They've learned how to research, they've learned how to acquire resources, they've learned how to present, communicate, work in teams--all such necessary, sought-after, and marketable skills. Loved the advice here and I'm going to pass it on to my students. Ellen Bremen, M.A. @chattyprof http://chattyprof.blogspot.com
