i went to yahoo since i read it was weakened by competition and found this fact based information about finding a job .i am currently unemployed. the current view is if you are not currently employed , do not apply for certain jobs. although this discrimination is forbidden , it is in print on want adds. i was told to forget anything in the newspaper these are very low pay jobs. i have talked to 3 job recruiters and two have said they did not want to waste my time. i was told head hunters were very important in that they are good at web searches from much experience. 1 in 3 were helpful from my limited experience. one recruiter told me they use a question list, depending on your answer , designed to raise a red flag, they declined to continue talking to you, the recruiter uses this as a template for specific professional activity hiring. so i find the specific industry wants to filter or fire wall their interview process. so you do not get an interview at all unless you answer the question in the way they want. honesty is a value that apparently has to be rethought in the new age hiring. also was told not to list experience beyond 17 years, since this ages you and you are labeled antique. dispatches from newport news virginia

As people may or may not know, employers are already looking through facebook when they are about to hire someone. We might as well put our work information on our social media platforms, such as Google+ and be proud when people view our pages.
