Great Post. A rough job market may be a motivator to switch careers also. Instead of meeting dead-ends in your job search, it might be a better idea to re-invent yourself and switch career paths. It's never too late to learn something new, change things up a bit and branch out. As a staffing agency, we look for candidates who are taking the time to hone their skills, whether they are new or old.
